Call for participation: equipment suppliers to work on purification technologies for aromatics

Shared Research Center Biorizon is currently setting up a new project that aims to build an infrastructure to purify aromatics; acids in particular. For this new project Biorizon is looking for equipment supply companies that are interested to participate.

The project will focus on purification technologies, such as crystallization, evaporation, distillation, extraction and adsorption. Various technologies will be evaluated, both with regard to the technology and the practical applicability. Furthermore the techno-economic value of the process will be evaluated. The project will have a duration of 2 years and is part of the Biorizon roadmap for the development of biobased aromatics.

Companies that decide to participate, grab a chance to present their (innovative) technologies to an industrial audience, gain exclusive insight in the results, and are being offered to participate in future developments (e.g. scale-up) with priority.
